Holding a golf outing at Eaglepoint Golf Resort is more than a group competition, it’s almost like taking a vacation. It’s a great getaway experience on a gorgeous mountain course with one intriguing golf hole after another.

That’s why every year dozens of businesses, non-profit organizations and groups of friends and relatives hold outings at Eaglepoint. If you’ve always yearned to play our course nestled amid a fragrant Ponderosa pine forest, this is your chance. Give our Event Coordinator a call and schedule the outing that your group will never forget.

Besides providing you with the chance to challenge our ponds and doglegs and tree-lined fairways, we provide you with gracious service that will make your tournament truly memorable.

You and your group will be welcomed on a greeting board; every participant in your group will receive a welcome gift. Our carts will carry the name of each of your guests for easier recognition. Our staff will handle registration and the bag drop attendant will take special care of your clubs.

We can provide range balls and a chance for a warm-up on our practice facilities. Or how about a mini-clinic with our golf professional so your players can brush up on their skills before they hit the first hole? On the course, our beverage cart can visit golfers regularly as well to offer snacks and beverages.

The showers will be stocked with towels, soaps and gels. We know how important this event is for your valued employees or for your group. Just put it in our hands and you’ll have the round of your life.

In our experience, most company or group outings are booked before March. If we can assist you in organizing your specific event, please call us at any time. We are confident we can match your specific date and tee-times.

Our basic tournament rates are designed to be very competitive and include many extras unequaled anywhere else. The basic Monday to Thursday rate per person for our outstanding golf package is net of taxes $80.90 or, including taxes $90.00. Friday to Sunday rates are $85.57 or $95.00 including taxes.

But we are also available to customize your outing package with whatever details you want to add. We can work with your group to ensure that you meet your budget.

Our chef has a series of outstanding menus for your closing awards banquet. We can provide elegant plated service for groups up to 40 and luscious buffets for larger groups. Among the outstanding dishes we are known for: Salmon Wellington; Sirloin Steak Madagascar; Herb Stuffed Pork Roast; California-Style Stuffed Chicken Breast; and Slow-Roasted Baron of Beef. The possibilities are endless and delicious.

You can dine indoors where we have space for 60 guests or have dinner or lunch on our deck which can handle 110.

Please note that to confirm your booking we will ask you for a deposit of 50% of the net invoice amount. Please report any changes in the actual number of participants.

We can accept a reduced invoice only, if you reported the actual (lower) number at least 7 days before the event. In case the actual number is higher than expected, also please report the revised number at least 7 days in advance for us in order to ensure the required additional tee-times are available.

And remember that we are conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Kamloops and a short drive from the local airport for out of town guests.
